• Schedule: 12-hour shifts during day or swing hours, no block scheduling


• Environment: Hospital setting, working alongside an experienced team of healthcare providers

Job Responsibilities:

• Operating Room Coverage:
  
  
  
  • Main OR with 11 operating rooms plus 2 additional rooms in an ambulatory center
  
  
  • Approximately 50-60 cases handled daily
  
  
  
  


• Case Types:
  
  
  
  • Diverse caseload, including orthopedic and orthopedic trauma, general surgery, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy
  
  
  
  


• Charting:
  
  
  
  • EMR Systems used: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
  
  
  
  


• Department Support:
  
  
  
  • Collaborative work environment with skilled teams across multiple surgical specialties
  
  
  
  

Credentialing and Requirements:

• Certifications:
  
  
  
  • BLS and ACLS are mandatory
  
  
  • NBCRNA certification required
  
  
  
  


• Licensing:
  
  
  
  • Active Arizona CRNA license required; interstate medical licensure compact (IMLC) not applicable
  
  
  
  


• DEA License: Required


• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days for complete processing
