Job Summary: We are in search of a professional, passionate Gastroenterologist to join our team of doctors. You will care for a wide array of patients with a goal to treat, and/or maintain quality of life as it pertains to individual patients. You will be consulting and diagnosing patients, inspecting internal organs through endoscopic procedures, and consulting with patients' primary physicians, among other duties. You will demonstrate good interpersonal skills as you attend to patient needs and consult with other specialists. Our primary mission is providing exceptional acute and preventive medical care to all people. Responsibilities: Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
Performing specialized tests to diagnose patients.
Determine proper courses of treatment.
Consult with a patient's primary doctor.
Analyzing patient historical data.
Consulting with other specialists, such as oncologists, in the case of cancer.
Performing endoscopic procedures to inspect internal organs.
Perform X-Ray, MRI, and ultrasound scanning.
Perform surgery in the digestive tract.

Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
Valid medical license in the state of practice.
Must be board certified.
Must have completed three (3) year internal residency training.
Completion of a three-year Gastroenterology fellowship.
Certification required from the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Proficiency in performing endoscopic and colonoscopy procedures.
Proficiency with X-Rays, MRIs, and ultrasound scanning.
Attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
