This is an ambulatory care position with no hospital work. The Physician is responsible for the medical care, treatment and education of patients within the scope of their specialty throughout their life cycles, for their hospitalization and referral if necessary; also, for establishing and maintaining minimum standards of care and for the supervision and education of all other providers in regard to direct patient care.

Requirements:
•  Must be a licensed physician in the state of New York
•  Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine
•  Completion of an accredited internship and residency
