Description Locums, Inc. is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) able to service a Government client in Lawton, OK. All state and Federal licenses accepted at all government facilities. About the Opportunity: - Period of Performance is about 5/1/20 to 8/1/20 with option to extend - 40 Hour work-week with some on-call, OT and Holidays - Position within an hour from downtown Wichita Falls, TX - Per Diem offered for all non-local providers Requirements: - Active and unrestricted state or Federal license - AANA Program graduate - Active and unrestricted DEA - Active BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications - Current vaccinations and immunizations - Experience with Native Americans a plus * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
