Key Requirements

• Licensure: Active Texas license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

• Board Certification: Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics

Facility Support

• Trauma Level: Level III


• Pediatric Level: Level I


• Temporary hospital privileges are available to expedite onboarding.

Specialty Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Ventilation management (pediatric)


• Attending high-risk deliveries and C-sections


• Intubation and central line placement


• Nursery Level I and Level II/NICU care

• Call Response Time: 30 minutes


• Support Services: Full 24-hour availability for general surgery, laboratory, and radiology.
