  • State License: Active Texas license required (or Compact License)
  
  
  • Board Certifications: Must be boarded in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine; Emergency Medicine preferred. ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM, or ABPS accepted.
  
  
  • Certifications:
    
    
    
    • ATLS, ACLS, and PALS required
    
    
    • EM Boarded: ACLS and PALS must be current, ATLS can be expired but needs a copy of the card
