Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our busy group practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Family Medicine, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. They should possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to build strong connections with both the community and existing medical staff. Collaboration with physicians is essential to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.

What You Can Expect

  • Monday & Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  
  
  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  
  
  
  


• Provider Schedule: 4 days per week with one late day


• No call expectation


• Average outpatient volume of 18 – 22 patients per day


• Telehealth services offered for added convenience


• Onsite radiology and lab services available


• Common Diagnoses include common cold, flu, diabetes, hypertension, COPD, depression, preventative visits, and wellness checks
