Job Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00a-4:30p


• Patient Load: 12-15 per day


• On-Call Schedule/Ratio: Shared between 4 providers


• APP Coverage: Yes, PMHNP's


• Physician Supervising APP: Potentially an APP


• Psychiatrists in Group: 4


• Required Experience/Procedures:
  
  
  
  • Level 1- Anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, eating disorders, developmental disorders, psychotic disorders, organic disorders, addiction disorders.
  
  
  
  


• EMR: EPIC

Certification Requirements

• Board Certified in Psychiatry: Required


• CT License in Hand at Name Clear: Highly Preferred


• BLS, DEA, CSR: Required


• Clean Malpractice and Background: Required


• Local, No Flights: Preferred


• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Verbal Confirmation needed at the time of name clear)

Additional Certifications

• ACLS (AHA)


• PALS (AHA)

State License Requirements
