• Active License in WI: Yes


• ACLS: Yes


• ATLS: Yes


• BLS: Yes


• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 8 weeks


• PALS: Yes

• The facility seeks a locum to provide sporadic call coverage and weekly stretches as needed.
