Seeking a Gastroenterology physician for a long-term locum coverage near Arcata, CA.



Job Details:


      
  • Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient

    •   
  • Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call

    •   
  • Coverage Date: ASAP - Ongoing

    •   
  • Shift Schedule: Hospital and Clinic

        
    • Mon & Tue - Hospital, 8 am to 3 pm

      •   
    • Wed, Thu, & Fri - Clinic, 8:30 am to 5 pm



    •   
  • Call Schedule: 10 days per month

    •   
  • EMR System: Allscripts going Epic (Office/Clinic), Meditech going Epic (Hospital)

    •   
  • Other detail:

        
    • The physician will work with 1 MD and 1 midlevel

      •   
    • 90% Adult and 10% Pediatrics

      •   
    • 15 Patients each day per physician

      •   
    • Ancillary staff: 3 MA's and 3 PARs

      •   
    • With ERCP and PEG are preferred

      •   
    • Must have CA license and active CA fluro at time of presentation

      •   
    • BLS, ACLS, PALS/APLS required
