? Program Director for inaugural family medicine residency program
? Urgent Care positions: three 12-hour shifts a week

? Base: guaranteed starting base salary of $240,000 (for those with 5 years or less experience; higher for those with more experience)
? Signing Bonus: up to $50K
? Educational loan repayment: up to $100K
? Commencement and Retention Bonus: up to $200K (at specified locations)
? Continuing medical education: $4,500 annually
? Teaching opportunities: available at WellSpan’s 2 family medicine residency programs
