Description This Wisconsin community hospital is looking to add a full time NP or PA to a Rural Health Clinic in the southwest part of the state. This is to replace a provider retiring from the clinic this coming spring. Location wise, this is a little over an hour from both Madison, WI, and Dubuque, IA. Here's an overview: -Looking for 3 or 4 day work week. No after hours call. -Will always work alongside another provider. -Newer clinic facility with established support staff (MAs, receptionist, lab staff). -Compensation based on experience. -Sign on, relocation assistance, and RVU bonus available.
