Description Locum Tenens Orthopaedic Surgery Physician Needed in Virginia Location: Near Bishop, VA We are seeking a dedicated Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team on a locum tenens basis in the beautiful state of Virginia, near Bishop. This opportunity is available due to a departmental vacancy and restructuring, and we are looking for a qualified physician to start on January 1, 2024, with an ongoing assignment. Assignment Details: Specialty: Orthopaedic Surgery Provider Type: MD, Physician Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call EMR System: McKesson and Athena Practice Setting: Outpatient Patients Per Shift: 2-3 Qualifications: Board Certification: Preferred Active License in VA: Required BLS: Required Additional Details: We are looking for a locum physician to cover the office from Monday to Friday (4.5 days) and provide 7 days of call coverage for the hospital.
