Requirements:

• Must have FL state medical license and DEA at time of presentation


• Clean malpractice/background for temporary privileges


• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine


• Submission of self-query NPDB and EPA with presentation


• Availability for both day and night shifts

Additional Information:

• Availability details including start date, number of shifts per month, shift preferences, and open months in the schedule.


• Florida state medical license is required.


• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications and DEA are necessary.
