Description - BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician - Primary Care Outpatient Opportunity - Flexible scheduling options; Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days, Monday thru Friday - Community owned not-for-profit organization - Permanent; full-time position - 72 patients per week via clinical encounters - No call - No inpatient work required Compensation and Benefits - Year 1 " Base salary of $285,900 - Year 2 & beyond " Annual performance incentives - $45/wRVU in excess of 5,600 Annual Productive Bonus - Primary Care Provider Production Plan - $60,000 signing bonus - Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment - Up to $15,000 relocation assistance - Up to $5,000 annual CME allowance - 240 hours authorized time off - Excellent health, dental, vision and retirement benefits - Dax AI - Epic EMR - International airport in Medford * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
