Description Locums, Inc. is seeking Family Practice Physicians who are BC/BE for full-time Family care services in the upper coast region of California. Positions are being considered for providers who can guarantee a minimum of 3 months of service or more at a time. Must have a valid California license and current DEA license. About the Opportunity: - Period of Performance is approx. 9/1/22 to 12/30/22 - Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. No weekends or Holidays with only occasional overtime - Estimated 2-3 patients/hour - Provide specific local populace with primary health care addressing chronic preventative medicine issues - Charting to be completed within 72 hours of patient visit - Facilities located on northern California coast in the Eureka area; perfect for the provider who enjoys hiking, biking, fishing, camping, and hunting. - Travel, Lodging, hourly and Malpractice insurance paid Requirements: - Active and unrestricted California license - Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine - Active and unrestricted DEA - COVID-19 vaccinations and Booster (if applicable) required - Ability to work on-site for 3 months or longer * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
