Daily census- 20-25 daily per team

Nightly admissions- Low night admissions (5-10 is a lot and it’s early in the night)

Physician shifts- 7a-7p (2 physicians) and 7p-7a (1 physician)

         *Daily encounters 10-15

APP shifts- 7a-7p (2 APP’s)

         *Daily encounters 7-10

Number of ICU beds- 8 (OPEN ICU)

Specialty Coverages- cardiologist, neurologist, OB, Pulmonology

Procedures Required- Due to open ICU hospitalists need to be skilled in intubation and preferably central lines. Hospitalists respond to codes

They have 31 med surg beds/private rooms. They can double up if needed.
