Description Primary Care Family or Internal Medicine Southern Oregon We are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our outpatient-only Primary Care team in beautiful Southern Oregon. We offer flexible scheduling options and there is no inpatient work required. • Flexible schedule; Four 10-hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days, Monday thru Friday OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS • Year 1 – Base salary of $285,900 • Year 2 & beyond – Annual performance incentives • Primary Care Provider Production Plan • $60,000 signing bonus • Up to $15,000 relocation assistance • Up to $5,000 annual CME allowance • 240 hours authorized time off • Excellent health, dental, vision and retirement benefits • Four-year service commitment specifically tied to the sign on bonus and relocation. • 72 patient per week via clinical encounters • International airport in Medford • Signing Bonus: $60,000 Contact xxxxxxxxxxx* * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
