CEREC for crowns in most locations
Must be comfortable seeing Pediatric patients
No new grads
Must be enrolled with Medicaid
60 days typically to enroll with payors

• Days and hours needed: 5 days a week (monday through friday, or tuesday through saturday. can rotate like that.) 10-6 Monday through Friday. Saturday 9-4
• Length of contract: 6 months
• How many patients per day: Averaging anywhere from 35-40 patients a day
• Procedures: Exts, crowns, fills, prophys, srps
• How many chairs: 3 exam rooms 7 operatories
• Support Staff is present: 6 General Dental Assistant's, 1 Specialty DA, 1 Ortho DA
• Number of Hygienists on staff?: We do not use hygienists, we have dental assistants
• EMR: Open Dental
• Types of technology used for treatment: Overjet.ai
• DEA required: No but preferred
• MUST hold current TX license
