Support patients and residents that reside in facilities that can include but are not limited to: skilled nursing facilities, long term care facilities, assisted living facilities, independent and personal care, and homebound patients.

As a Geriatrician, you would have 5-6 patients per day. Perform head to toe assessments, adjust and evaluate patient risk levels, respond to patient calls, provide a prognosis every 6 months, educate patients as needed, and more.
