• Average daily patient volume: 22


• See patients of all ages but group has Pediatrics


• NHSC eligible site – HPSA score: 22


• Available services: dental, primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, behavioral health, pharmacy, vision, transportation, and translation


• EMR: eCW
