Job Details

Flexible schedule- 4 day work week if desired
Average daily patient volume is 10

Qualifications

MD or DO degree
Will obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire
BE/BC in occupational medicine, family medicine or internal medicine
Completed an ACGME-accredited residency
