• Onsite cardiac testing to include: EKG, exercise stress test, 3, 5, 7, and 14-day Holter monitoring, pacemaker and ICD follow-up, pacemaker, ICD and ILR remote follow-up, transthoracic echocardiography. 


• Hospital services include: cardiac consultation and follow-up, pacemaker implantation, implantable loop recorders, cardiac PET imaging, nuclear imaging, cardiac stress testing.


• Soon to have a cardiac cath lab on-site. 


• Catchment Area: 250,000, also serving nearby Fort Drum, home of the 10^th Mountain Division. 


• Teaching opportunities are available with accredited ACGME/AOA programs.

• Annual salary: guarantee 588,261 WRVU incentive above 9,158@$50 per WRVU
