Pediatrics Opportunity in Western GA

• Group looking for 1 BE/BC Pediatrician to join them


• Must be Board Certified within 2 years. 


• Offices are open Monday- Friday from 8:30AM-5:00PM.


• Primarily Outpatient


• Three pediatricians  outside of system do Hospital Calls, So call will be 1 in 4 rotation. Light call: attending c-section, newborn rounding, 30-40 pediatric admissions total in a year. 


• There will be a teaching component for Family Medicine Residents and medical School students that come through sometimes.


• Competitive Compensation


• Productivity Bonus: Any visit over 300 in a month’s time will award the MD an extra $15 per visit.


• Quality Bonus: We have Quality Indicators and based on the number of indicators met Physician will be eligible for a bonus up to $5,000 every 6 months
