Family Medicine Opportunity in Northwestern SC

• Health Center is looking for a BE/BC Family medicine physician to join them as soon as possible.


• This group actually has 4 Family Medicine openings in 4 different locations they do have Health centers.


• Outpatient only


• EHR is OCHIN Epic


• Will have a minimum of 1500 active patients per year.  They also want each Full time provider to see at least 4200 encounters per year


• Telephone triage call only, rotation 1:19
