Pediatrics - Boston Suburb

• Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking two BC/BE Pediatricians to join their team


• Base salary: $220,000+.  Sign on bonus is negotiable.


• Full time position - 32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours weekly


• Call taken once per week - NP takes first call for patient calls and physicians take second call for ER, admissions, and births


• Round once per week and every 7-8 weekends once fully staffed. Time spent rounding is counted as part of the weekly clinical hours -time blocked off from clinic until 10-10:30 am 


• Full benefits package offered including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement with employer match, NHSC loan repayment, PTO, and more!


• Up to 75K annually after first year of employment with NHSC and HRSA loan programs.  Up to 80K annually if able to speak Spanish. 


• 31 days of PTO annually plus 12 paid holidays, 5 sick days and 5 CME days.

• Located 20 minutes from downtown Boston


• Population: approximately 100,000


• International Airport offered in Boston and is just 15 minutes from the clinic. Boston Logan International Airport offers non-stop service to multiple destinations in the US, as well as Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa
