Description Columbia SC VAMC EM contract Any state license Night shifts; 12hrs 8P-8A; minimum of 3 shifts per trip to SC required Annual volume 33,000 All Hotel, airfare, car rental and malpractice covered Non-trauma center 11 bed ER- 8 fast track beds Must be residency trained in ER and be BC or BE Current CV-no gaps One US active unrestricted license Current DEA 3 current references to verify clinical skills in last 12 months BLS/ACLS Experience with EMR Please submit creds today: CV, license, DEA, ACLS/BLS from AHA, List of 3 current references; any malpractice settlement and/or licensure action(s) if it applies.
