Physician owned and operated. Incoming physicians will be a pre-shareholder for the first 2 years, then they are invited to become shareholders. The shareholder contract is evergreen. Each shareholder owns 1 share; everyone is equal.

About the Position:

General Gastroenterology

Excellent Physician Retention with some in the group for 20, 30 years.

Fulltime- 40% clinic / 60% OR-Procedures
Clinic day = 20 scheduled patients per day
Clinic has procedure room
2-3days in OR or ASC
Average 100-120 procedures per month
Typical GI procedures: EGD, PEG placement, colonoscopy, flex sig,
Some ERCP volume available
7 days of call per month
Each physician takes one week of call at a time
Typical Weekend call- 0-3 consults/procedures per call day
Weekday call 24 hours, starts at 8 am
EMR is Cerner
Bilingual English/Spanish a Plus
Diverse patient population / agriculture to college professors
Hospitalist program manages inpatient care
