Description General Dentistry position – Northern Wisconsin • Private group with partnership option after two years • Permanent position • Base salary range of $175,000 - $300,000 DOE, plus bonuses based on collections • Offices provide general dentistry to all ages, restorative, cosmetic, clear aligners, implants, extractions, periodontal treatments, TMJ treatment and more • Dentists are encouraged to practice in areas they are comfortable with. Dentists do refer internally if they do not want to do a specific procedure on a patient. • Looking for a leader who is comfortable working independently in an office setting as part of a larger group setting • Benefits include uniforms, dental, medical, disability, life insurance, 401K, PTO, holiday pay, AFLAC group rates, credit for exams, group covers 100% of lab fees and 75% of single health insurance premium, $5K for CME expenses annually, relocation reimbursement and paid malpractice insurance. • Group will cover WI licensure costs and DEA registration • Practice Facts: 5 operatories, 2 front desk personnel, 2 hygienists, 2 assistants, 1640 Active patients and average 20 new patients per month • 6 office locations in Northern Wisconsin • Patient satisfaction is the groups top priority. Doctors see 10-15 patients per day plus 16 hygiene checks on average. • EMR is Dentrix Ascend • Enjoy the beauty of the outdoors on the local trail for ATVs, snowmobiling, horseback riding, off-road bicycling, and walking.
