Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant looking for an exciting inpatient neurosurgery locum opportunity at a prestigious academic medical center? We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a high-acuity neurosurgery team for at least 6 months (with potential extension).

Position Details:
Location: Oregon
Schedule: Monday-Friday (4x10s) + rotating weekend shifts (1:7)
Shift: 5:45 AM – 3:45 PM (M-F)
Weekend: Half-day rounding Sat & Sun (5-hour shifts)
Patient Volume: Max 9 patients per APP (high complexity)
EMR: Epic

What You’ll Do:
Manage inpatient neurosurgery patients – complex cases, high acuity (CMI 4.8)
Daily rounding with attending physicians & residents
Develop & implement treatment plans within a team-based setting
Discharge planning & continuity of care

Who We’re Looking For:
Licensed APP in Oregon (PA or NP)
Strong inpatient or hospitalist experience (Neurosurgery preferred)
Comfortable managing complex medical cases
Team player in a fast-paced environment
