- 4 successful outpatient centers in the Columbus, Ohio area
- Join an expanding state-of-the-art senior care practice

Compensation and Benefits
- $250,000 for experienced providers
- Sign-On bonus and quality incentives on top of base salary
- 30+ days of combined PTO (vacation and holidays)
