Description Rural Family Medicine opportunity in the Upper Midwest offering $350,000 base salary guarantee for three years. 18-bed critical access hospital and rural health clinic, Long-Term Care, Assisted Living coverageHospital Employee . WRVU production incentives. Loan Forgiveness available. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. Relocation Bonus available. Retention loan of $100,000, forgiven over 3 years. $350,000 base salary guarantee for three years. Average number of patients/day is 12-15 scheduled, 3-6 walk-ins. Call - 1 24-hour shift required / week and 1 weekend / month - (Fri 5pm-Mon 7am).
