Description PEDIATRICIANS DAYTON OHIO Searching for BC/BE Pediatricians in Dayton Ohio. We have a need for 4 additional Pediatricians. Benefits and Features: Pediatrician • Base Salary: $200K - $235000.00 • Student loan repayment • Sign on bonus and Relocation Assistance • Resident stipend • Eligibility for full partnership in year 3 • Four-day work week • Three weeks of PTO, One Week of Sick, One Week of CME • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life, disability, and 401k. Your Role with the Group: Pediatrician • Full-time position - Pediatrician • Location: Dayton, OH • Outpatient Pediatrics - Evaluations, Sick Visits, Developmental Check Ups, Etc... • Four Day Work Week • No hospital visits • 20-25 patients per day - NP/PA Assistance with Patient Volume • 2-3 Other Pediatricians on site • Shared call between multiple providers.
