Location: Oregon

Duration: April 2025 – June 2025 (potential to extend)

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7.30a-4p (4-5 days per week, will consider 2-4 weeks per month

Call: evening / 24-hr weekend call

Patient volume: 18-25 patients per day

Scope: 100% outpatient OB, mix of pre/post-natal visits, women’s health, outpatient gyn procedures (no VBac)

EMR: EPIC

Hospital: level 3 trauma center

Group/support: provider has designated MA assigned in clinic

Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified with Active Oregon license
