The Physiatry locum tenens opportunity in Indiana…
-Location: Fort Wayne, IN
-Duration: December-February (potential for extension)
Open dates: December: 2-3, 8-9, 16-17//January: 6-7, 12-14, 27-28//February: 16-18, 23-25
-Schedule: 7a-7a
-Call: 24-hr call
-Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per day
-Scope: Inpatient PMR, round during the day, be on call in evening. Unlikely for significant even call back.
-EMR: EPIC
-Hospital: Rehab wing inside the hospital
-Requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified PMR with an Indiana or compact license

*Travel, Accommodations, and Malpractice - PAID for locum opportunities*
*Assistance with credentialing provide – temps can be issued in 2-4 week*
