Description - Board Certified Only (BE will not be accepted for this role) - Clinic ONLY -3-4 days a week -8:30 am to 5 pmm - No call; No weekends - 80% clinic and 20% admin - 18 patients per day -EPIC EMR - Ideal Candidate is available for 2 + weeks a month - Must have active DEA and MA license * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
