Details:

PRN, ongoing basis.
Work options:
Travel to a facility to perform exams.
Conduct evaluations at your own office.
Flexible scheduling:
Half-day (4 hours) shifts or full-day (8 hours) shifts available.
Non-treatment evaluations:
One-time C&P exams and separation health assessments.
Primarily interview-based with some physical assessments, including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
No prescribing or treatment required.
Credentialing and onboarding are quick.
Training is provided for completing standardized Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).
Specialty Requirements:

Family Medicine
Internal Medicine
Orthopedic Surgery
General Medicine or experience with compensation and pension evaluations.
Skills and Tools Required:

Proficient in:
METs testing.
Diagnosing/evaluating respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
Familiarity with musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardio conditions.
Goniometer usage required.
Must own a personal laptop (no Apple/Mac products).
Submit all reports and follow-ups within 48 hours via the provider portal.
Pay Rates:

Half-day Rate: $400 flat (4 hours or less, includes report time).
Full-day Rate: $720 flat (5 hours or longer, includes report time).
Bonus: One-time $650 bonus after completing training and first evaluations.
