Description
Primary Care clinic opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work within a well-known Community Health Center in Northwest coastal California!
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Schedule: full-time 40 hours a week 8a-5p Monday-Friday (open to 32 hours a week)
- 18-20 PPD
- No weekends, no call
- 100% Outpatient
- Must be able to see all ages
- Will need 2-3 years of experience in outpatient setting
- EMR used is Epic
- Multiple locations in the NW coastal CA area to choose from

- Competitive salary starting at $139,422.40 to 151,153.60 depending on experience with full benefits, sign-on/relo, loan repayment options, and much more
