Description - Full-time negotiable schedule - On call 3-4 days per month - Clinic Practice Setting - 10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the Organization - 2-3 Exam Rooms Per Provider - Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn - Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc. - Lab onsite - X-Ray onsite EMR - EPIC Skills - Board Certified - Required - Active OH license (or in the process of obtaining) - Highly Preferred BLS, ACLS, PALS - Required * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
