Description - Setting: Outpatient - Free standing cancer center - Demographics for this area are roughly 20% heme, 80% oncology - Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 4 or 5 days per week, 8:30a-4:30p, admin day or 1/2 day if needed - Call Schedule: 7 days of call including one weekend, 1 in 4 rotation - EMR - Epic - Number of Physicians in Practice: 3 currently Skills Board Certified in both Hematology and Oncology - Required Active OR license - Preferred, willing to accept Providers needing to obtain Clean background/no malpractice - Highly preferred Self Query - NPDB at time of presentation - Required * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
