Rural Physicians Group (RPG) is a mission-driven hospitalist group that provides a solution to the healthcare crisis facing rural communities across the United States – and we want you to join us!This is a great opportunity for a strong Hospitalist to join our exciting program. We are currently seeking full or part time physicians to help us grow! *Well Equipped Critical Access hospital
*Internal Medicine or Family Practice
*Required - Intubation, Vent Management
*Trauma Level 4
*Plus if you can help with peds call
*Plenty of local attractions - Breweries, Museums, Art!
*Steady 24 hour shifts - Minimum 5 day block every month
RPG offers opportunities that allow Providers to provide quality care while maintaining clinical autonomy with flexible scheduling options. Additionally, there are no relocation requirements – simply travel to our program locations and stay on-site for the duration of their shifts. RPG Providers manage their own work/life balance and choose as many or as few shifts as they would like, with full time physicians earning $350K-$500K each year with a competitive daily stipend, keeping their own collections and having malpractice insurance covered by RPG.
