Greater Palm Springs CA area GI doctor
Two options:
Part time:  
two weeks a month,
$200K
office and outpatient work
15 cases a day for 3 days a week
20-25 patients in the office
One of the weeks needs to be on call at 2 hospitals.  
1099 position
EUS and ERCP are preferable.
Will bonus for more cases done

Full time: One week of call at the hospital
$400K
everything else remains the same as Part Time details previously listed.
Full benefit as a W2 employee, health, malpractice, 401K etc.
