-Full-Time Permanent, great compensation, full benefits

-See 20-24 patients per day
-Outpatient only seeing newborns – geriatrics
-Hours: Monday thru Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
-Call Rotation: 1:4 Requirements: Family Medicine – Physician
-Will posses or be willing to obtain current Illinois licensure, board certification.
-Practicing Family Medicine experience is a plus.
