Need: Locums to Perm- Family Practice Physician
Assignment: Full Time, Locums to Perm after 13 week assignment
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Schedule: M-F / 8a-5p
Where:  Orland, CA
Rate:  $150 - $160 – All inclusive

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center with 17 clinic locations, providing Quality Comprehensive Health, Dental and Integrated Behavioral Health services to the underserved communities in a six county region of Northern California.

Hours:
Monday – Friday / 8am-5pm
No call, No holidays, No weekends

Job Duties:
Average patients seen per day: 20 - 25 Outpatient care
Must be able to see all ages
Solo Provider w/ no Midlevel support

Details:
EMR: Centricity Active CA license BC/BE accepted Credentialing: 30 days
*Client will only consider true Locums to Perm candidates. Conversion to perm after 3 months.
