We have a full-time permanent opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician working for a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center located in Fremont, CA. This position will be working with the under served population which includes mental health/substance abuse services to under-insured and uninsured populations.

Outpatient Only
Employed Position with a large system in Northern CA
20-25 ppd
