Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician Needed in Southern OregonLocation – Southern Oregon
Practice Type - Outpatient Clinic (Primary Care)
Start Date – April 8, 2019 We have an immediate need for a Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine physician for a clinic located in Southern Oregon. Below are additional details: Facility Overview and Requirements
• Treat children ages 2+
• Ability to pass on-site credentialing
• Strong desire to promote health, disease management and prevention
• Exclusive Patients, No Walk-ins, No Weekends, No Call
• Two MAs per provider
• Clinic and medication are free of charge to patients and dependents resulting in exceptionally high utilization and compliance
• eClinicalWorks EMR
