Description Locum Tenens Occupational Medicine Physician Needed in Colorado Location – North Central Colorado Practice Type - Occupational Medicine - Outpatient Clinic Start Date – ASAP Ongoing We have an immediate need for a Locum Tenens Occupational Medicine physician for a clinic located in North Central Colorado. Below are additional details: Facility Overview and Requirements * Perform history and physical exams * Must understand State of Colorado Workers' Compensation Division * Must be able to perform DOT physical exams * Must be Board Certified in IM, FM, OccMed, EM or Physiatry * Can be enrolled in training program certification for ABPM for OccMed * Unrestricted Colorado license * Full DEA license * Maintain / obtain FMCSA Medical Examiner Certification within 90 days * Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday (8A to 5P) Catapult Healthcare is a comprehensive national staffing agency and placement firm specializing in both locum tenens physician and advanced practitioners (NP / PA), in addition to travel nursing and allied clinical service professionals.
