Description BE/BC comprehensive ophthalmologist needed for startup practice in Virginia. This group seeks to build successful practices by including physicians in the startup process. The right physician will have a deep interest in establishing a new practice, but with varying levels of support, depending on preferences. The group can help arrange logistics—office staff, financing, software, billing, etc.—so doctors can focus on providing excellent care to expand their practice.
