We have an immediate need for a Family Practice Physician for a facility located in Eastern Virginia. Below are additional details:

Facility Overview
Scope of practice: preventative health services, chronic disease management, acute care, hospital and ED follow up care
See 20-25 patients per shift
Majority of patients are 20-80 years old, >10% are peds
EMR: EPIC
Staff: 2 MD's, 1 NP, 2 PA's
Practice takes walk-ins

Requirements
BC in Family Medicine
Active VA license & DEA
