Description Specialty: FP/IM Type: Perm Hospital Employed EMR: eClinicicalworks Facility in Northwest PA is currently seeking a full time Primary Care Physician to join their established Hospital owned practice. Candidate Requirements: MD/DO – BC/BE (BE must be within 5 years of residency) Clinic Details: The office is located in a medical office building directly attached to the hospital with a full support staff including 3 nurse practitioners. Schedule: M-F / 8-5 with one late evening (w/flexibility) Call Responsibilities: 1:6 w/ vacation coverage Payor Mix: 25% Medicare, 15-20% medical assistance , remaining is commercial or self pay. Patient Mix: Adult, Geriatric, some children Patients per day: 20-25 Procedures: Routine procedures including suturing, I&D, mole removal, punch biopsies, EKG, (ER & Xray located near office) Benefits include: • Competitive salary plus production bonuses, starting at $225K-$240K • Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000 • Sign on bonus: Up to $15,000 • 20 days PTO + 6 Holiday • Additional benefits include: CME, health, dental, vision, life insurance, malpractice, 403B * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
